Our engagement and manufacture process

  1. Your enquiry is followed up with a phone call; from there, a decision is made whether we make a site visit or have enough information to start the process.
  2. From here, we mix your thoughts, ideas and plans etc with our extensive industry experience and formulate a conceptual plan.
  3. We then put together a "Letter of Engagement" that outlines the scope of what we are to offer with delivery dates broken down into sections, with our costs against each section. This is signed by both parties and provides an assurance of what we are to deliver.
  4. We then start work in our design office with the latest 3D software, from which we reproduce your environment for your project and provide conceptual models for your input; you can make changes at this early stage, before significant cost and time has been invested. If included as part of the scope, we can also provide a full functional description and automation plan.
  5. Once the design has been finalised, we engage the preferred suppliers from our extensive list to manufacture the component parts, and send to our or your preferred engineering company (if compatible) for assembly, testing and delivery. From having our own large engineering company and doing everything in-house, we have found this system very accurate and cost effective as we are utilising a range of fabricators with the most up to date, accurate and cost effective equipment. This has the added advantage of being able to concentrate the bulk of the manufacture close to the intended site. We find this system extremely helpful when deadlines and windows are tight as we can better manage the delivery process without large freight costs.
  6. Once manufactured, tested and delivered, we arrive on-site to oversee installation, electrical and commissioning; because of the investment and accuracy in the design, this is usually very streamlined and involves minimal downtime on your part.
